Marios Kassapis was born in Cyprus and completed his elementary and secondary education before relocating to the United Kingdom for his university studies. He graduated from Imperial College London with a Master of Science (MSci) degree in Physics. His academic work culminated in a thesis in applied physics, which was subsequently developed into a published research paper.
Following his graduation, Marios began his professional career in London, working in analytically demanding roles with a strong emphasis on data analysis, modelling, and structured problem-solving.
He later pursued the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) qualification, successfully completing all 13 professional examinations with top-ranking results both locally and internationally, including multiple first-place rankings in Cyprus and a global top-25 affiliate placement. He is an ACCA Affiliate and continues to develop his professional and technical expertise.
Marios is actively involved in the firm’s professional services and plays a key role in shaping its long-term vision and strategic growth.
