Diane was born in the Isle of Man, British Isles. After completing her studies in Leeds, UK, she worked for a large local firm of Chartered Accountants in Leeds. In 1986, after relocating to Cyprus with her family, she worked for Grant Thornton International, and qualified as a Certified Chartered Accountant.
From 1991 to 2000 Diane was the Financial Controller of a large International Banking Unit in Nicosia, Cyprus.
In 2001 Diane joined UHY Cyprus as audit manager, and in 2007 she was appointed Director of Audit Services.
Diane is a member of ACCA and ICPAC (the Cyprus Institute of Certified Public Accountants) and speaks fluent English and Greek.
