Charoula was born in Nicosia, Cyprus, in 1988 where she completed her high school education. She continued her studies at the University of Southampton, UK, where she studied Accounting and Finance. After graduating in 2009, Charoula returned to Cyprus and joined UHY Antonis Kassapis Limited as an ACCA trainee gaining experience in the provision of accountancy, audit and taxation services. In 2014, she qualified as a Certified Chartered Accountant.

In 2016, she moved to the Tax & Corporate Services Department later becoming the Manager, Charoula speaks fluent English and Greek.
